We will work on converting fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions on Monday.  The students worked on place value with decimals and dividing a smaller number by a larger number in class today.

They have a worksheet for homework tonight.

Students completed the fractions test today in class.  There is no homework for tonight.  We will begin working on decimals and percents.  We will start with fraction and decimal conversions tomorrow in class.

The students began taking their fraction test today.  They will finish on Thursday.

Students worked on problem solving with fractions in class today.  They received a fraction review sheet and graphic organizer to fill out for homework.  Monday will be a review day for the fraction test on Tuesday.

Students worked on dividing fractions in the classroom today.  They have two worksheets for homework.  There will be a fraction test next Tuesday over all four operations using fractions.
