Students completed and quiz in class today.  They have a worksheet over stem and leaf plots tonight for homework.

8/30/11

Students worked on stem and leaf today in class and received a study guide for the quiz.  They are to complete the study guide tonight.  There will be a quick review and the students will take the quiz tomorrow.  It will be over stem and leaf, line plots, and line graphs.

8/29/31

Students worked on line plots and line graphs in class today.  There is a worksheet for homework tonight.

There will be a quiz on Wednesday over line plots, line graphs, and stem and leaf plots. 

On September 7th there will be a test over the Data Unit.

There is no homework for this weekend.  We will work on line plots, line graphs, and stem and leaf plots next week.

Students worked on data review in class today.   There is a quiz in class tomorrow. The answers to the review are posted.

Students reviewed bar graph today in class.  There is no homework tonight.  We will have a quiz on Friday covering frequency table, bar graph, histogram, mean, median, mode, and range.

8/22/11

Due to a fire drill first thing this morning our math instructional time was shorten.  We will review bar graphs and histograms in the class tomorrow.  The students can attempt the homework if they so choose.  We will be reviewing the homework in class tomorrow.

The students have another worksheet on frequency tables for homework.  Next week we will cover bar graphs, histograms, mean, median, mode, and range.  We will look at having a quiz possibly on Thursday.

Students continue to work on frequency tables.  There is a worksheet for homework tonight.  The students are to work problems 1 and 5 only.

We began the unit on Frequency Tables today in class.  There is no homework for tonight.
