Download Scoliosis Opt-Out[1]We will be performing the mandatory screening for scoliosis on Monday, October 31st. This is required for all 6th and 8th grade students, however parents may sign and return the attached opt out letter which will exempt their student from the screening. Before Monday, forms should be turned in to Homeroom teachers. On Monday, the form should be brought to Mr. Graber or Ms. McCall during the screening time.
